Position Overview: As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with existing clients, re-engage them, and tap into new prospects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and accountable for their success. While this is a commission-only opportunity, our extensive training program, team-based approach, proven business model and existing business ensure that your income potential in the first year could easily exceed six figures.
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and engage clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and web calls
· Reconnect with existing clients and explore additional opportunities
· Utilize our comprehensive training program and support to enhance your skills
· Maintain minimum daily activity and meet production requirements to retain contracting
· Leverage the freedom and independence to cross-sell other products from our vast portfolio of over 60 carriers
